Welcome! We are pleased that you have decided to become a member of the Sunshine State Quilters Association. It is important that you fill in each item on this form, as all information is entered in our records each year and will be published in the Membership Directory.

All memberships include admittance to SSQA meetings at member rate, membership directory and a newsletter subscription. See Individual Benefits

To join SSQA, or renew your Individual membership
1) Fill out the order form below and click SUBMIT.
2) You will receive an email invoice from “service@PayPal.com” with your payment instructions for using a credit card OR PayPal account.
3) Follow the instructions to complete your order.
4) You can print out that invoice for your records.

SSQA response is not automated, so you will have to wait for a response, usually within 24 hours.
Your order is not complete until you submit the invoice to PayPal.

Allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery of your membership packet.

$25.00	NEW MEMBERSHIP January 1 through December 31. First time members only: $12.50 for half year July 1 through December 31.
$25.00	RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP
$18.00	CHARTER RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP: Original SSQA member since 1996. If postmarked on or before January 31 dues $18.00. After January 31 $25.00.
